Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Puzzl at puzzl.win and related services operated in connection with Pixel Platforms / the Puzzl project (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, hosting or joining a room, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Puzzl is a live quiz and party-game platform. You can host rooms, join with a PIN, create question sets, earn in-app coins, and unlock cosmetic skins. Features may change, pause, or end at any time. The service is provided “as is” for entertainment and education; it is not a school, bank, or gambling product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up (email/password or Google). You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. Do not share host tokens or session credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat, harass others, or attempt to break security.
3. Guests and multiplayer
Guests may join rooms with a PIN without an account. Hosts are responsible for the content they present and for who they invite. Do not use Puzzl to bully, spam, or share illegal or harmful material.
4. Your content
You retain rights to question sets and text you create. By publishing or sharing a set you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to run Puzzl (including clones when you enable cloning). You must only upload content you have the right to use. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.
5. Virtual items
Coins, skins, and similar items have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable, and may be adjusted or wiped for balance, abuse, or technical reasons. Purchases (if any are added later) are subject to the store rules shown at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse engineer or attack the service; automate unfair play or economy abuse; scrape other users’ data; impersonate others; or use Puzzl for unlawful purposes. Server authority is intentional — do not attempt to forge scores, coins, or answers.
7. Third-party sign-in
If you use Google sign-in, Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply to that authentication. We only receive the profile information needed to create or link your Puzzl account.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect scoring, or preservation of every data row after outages.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of coins, sets, or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Puzzl in the prior 12 months, or (b) zero if the service is free.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.
